The role
Refounding strategists lead the AI-driven transformation of the businesses Sequence acquires. You'll work directly with each company's leaders and staff to understand how it runs and spot the biggest opportunities to grow and improve. You'll turn those into clear priorities, then team up with engineers to redesign processes, build better workflows and get new tools adopted day to day. You'll own the work from discovery through rollout and adoption, judged on the business results it produces.
That means building trust across the company, questioning assumptions and handling the practical detail that makes change stick. You'll also help teams build the skills to keep improving on their own, and share what you learn with the Product team to strengthen Atlas.
