We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to grow our first SDR team. We build the agentic platform for sales teams and hire people to sell it, because sales is human: Spiich agents do the research, and you pick up the phone, get sales leaders talking, and book the meeting. On-site in Stockholm, calling in Swedish, English, German, French or Spanish. Must have grit, a low ego, and a love for the phone.
This role is open full-time or part-time.

What you'll do
In one sentence: Turn a daily list of researched accounts into booked meetings.
- Start with the list: Each morning, Spiich agents hand you qualified, researched accounts with a reason to call each; you pick the angle
- Call sales leaders: Cold calls first, plus LinkedIn and email, to Heads of Sales, VPs of Sales, and founders at B2B companies across Europe
- One goal per call: Get the buyer to say, in their own words, where their reps lose time; the demo and price belong in the meeting you book
- Book and hand over: Book the meeting for Johan (Co-founder & CEO) and write the handover right away (their CRM, tools, team size, where reps lose time, why now)
- Move on fast: Log a quick outcome after every call or message; Spiich agents keep the CRM current
- Shape the playbook: Write the first openers and objection handling with us
Expect a lot of calls, each aimed at a buyer worth your time: most go nowhere. The good ones end with a meeting booked and a sales leader who felt chosen.
Who you are
- No SDR experience required: we weigh trajectory over years of experience; show us something exceptional you’ve done, in sport or elsewhere
- Comfortable grinding: you sound as human on the last call as on the first
- Curious, not scripted: you listen, and “we already have a tool for that” doesn’t throw you
- Coachable, low ego: you want feedback on every call; no task is beneath you
- Concrete and hands-on: you talk in numbers, not strategy
- Fluent and articulate in Swedish, English, German, French or Spanish, spoken and written; you call companies in your language
- Committed to the mission, whatever your hours: not “just a job”
