1. Who we are

The Qualidex is a hiring platform for companies across the Nordics, headquartered in Stockholm. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you give us, such as your name, contact details and CV. We also collect information about how you use our website and services.

We count visits to this website with Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It does not track you across other websites. We see only totals, such as how many people visited a page or clicked a button.

We also use Apollo.io, but only if you accept cookies. Apollo uses your IP address, cookies and browser details to tell us which company a visit comes from and, in some cases, especially in the United States, the name and work profile of the visitor.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide our services, to match candidates with roles, and to contact you. We use information about business visitors to our website to find companies that may want to hire through us, and may contact them. We also use it to meet our legal obligations.

We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis is your consent, a contract with you, our legitimate interests or a legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We share information with companies you apply to, and with service providers who help us run our services, including Google and Apollo.io. Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy.

To use these rights, email info@thequalidex.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

7. If you connect a Google Calendar

This section is for people at a company who connect a Google account to The Qualidex to schedule interviews. Google asks you to let us see and edit events on your calendars. We use that permission for two things only: to see when your main calendar is busy, so candidates are not offered times that clash, and to add, change and remove the interviews you schedule through The Qualidex on that calendar.

We read only when your events start and end and whether they make you busy. We do not read their titles, descriptions or guests. We do not store your busy times: we look them up when someone picks a time and forget them within a minute. We keep your Google account's email address and an encrypted key that lets us reach your calendar.

An interview we add to your calendar shows its title, the candidate's name and a link to join it on The Qualidex. We do not invite anyone through Google, so Google sends no emails about it.

We do not sell data from your Google account, use it for advertising or to train AI models, or send it to any other service. No one at The Qualidex reads it, except with your permission, to keep the service secure, or where the law requires it. The Qualidex's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect at any time from Scheduling. We then cancel our access at Google and delete the key. Interviews already on your calendar stay there until you remove them. We delete the record of the connection, with your Google email address, 30 days after you disconnect, or when you delete your account. 8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
