Everi Labs accelerates the complete documentation workflow for specialty clinics, replacing work that is still done manually across disconnected tools. As a Founders Associate you will move across product, operations, customers and growth, owning whatever matters most that week and figuring out the parts no one has solved yet. Working directly with the founders and real clinical users, you will take ambiguous problems and turn them into systems the company runs on.
Core responsibilities
- Take the ambiguous, high-priority problems no one owns yet across operations, customers and growth, and drive them to something that actually works, not a half-finished doc and good intentions
- Build the internal processes, tooling and documentation that let a small team punch above its weight, the kind future you, and everyone hired after you, will be grateful for
- Partner with the founders on strategy, execution and the day-to-day calls that decide what gets done this week
- Step into whatever function is most on fire, whether that is GTM, hiring, support or ops, and be the reason it stops being on fire
Requirements
- A track record of building things from nothing, ideally in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, operations or similar) where the playbook did not exist yet
- Strong technical aptitude. You pick up new tools, frameworks and systems fast, and you are not waiting for someone to hand you instructions
- A clear communicator who can hold their own with engineers and clinics alike, in writing and out loud
- The judgment to prioritise ruthlessly and see projects through, from the messy start to the part where it is actually done
Nice to have
- Experience as an early or founding hire, a chief of staff, or a generalist who has been the person a small team leaned on to figure things out
- A history of wearing many hats at once, bouncing between customer calls, ops fixes and building tooling in the same week, and liking it
- You have owned something cross-functional end to end before: picked it up ambiguous, drove it through other teams, and saw it land
- Comfort with data and AI-powered products, enough to be dangerous with the tooling, not just talk about it
